Indu Panday

Indu Panday is one of the few professional Indian dancers in the Netherlands. Indu started her education in Bharatanatyam in the Netherlands at a young age. She continued this in India. After that she was passionate about the North Indian Kathak dance and studied it in India. Currently Indu is the only dancer in the Netherlands who has mastered both Bharatanatyam and Kathak on a professional level. Indu has collaborated with several internationally acclaimed dancers and choreographers such as Seeta Patel, Subhatra Subramaniam, Kenzo Kusuda, Sri Hari and Smt. Chethana Hari and Revanta Sarabhai. She has toured nationally and internationally. Indu’s accuracy in movement, softness and sharpness make her a fabulous dancer that has been part of the core team of Kalpanarts since its inception.
